Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders within the United States.

 Processing. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking by  email as soon as your order ships

Delivery. Most US orders arrive within 3-10 business days after shipping. Larger items such as kayaks, boats and fitness equipment may take longer, and we will tell you if that applies to your order.  

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for more than five business days, email us and we will chase it for you. 

Delays outside our control. Occasionally weather, carrier backlogs or transport disruption delay a parcel beyond our stated window. We cannot control these, but we will keep you informed and help resolve the issue. If a parcel cannot be delivered by the carrier, your order is cancelled and refunded in full.
